Bob Powers has worked in construction since 1985, starting with site cleanup, moving through master carpentry, and eventually running projects as superintendent and project manager. He founded Powerbuilt Construction, licensed in Minnesota since 1995, on that foundation. He's worn every hat this industry has. That ground-up experience shapes how Powerbuilt approaches every project: residential or commercial, new construction or a kitchen remodel, the same accountability runs through all of it.
Powerbuilt serves homeowners and commercial clients throughout Ham Lake, Andover, Blaine, Coon Rapids, Ramsey, Lino Lakes, and the broader Minneapolis area. Whether you're finishing a basement, adding a room, or building from the ground up, the work is managed directly by the person you hired.
